Please note: Blanket embroidery will be up to 180mm wide & romper embroidery will be up to 100mm wide (this is based off our hoop sizes). Please keep this in mind if you’re choosing two words or using long names.

Clothing & Knitted Items
• Cold gentle machine wash or hand wash
• Use mild detergent only
• Do not bleach or use fabric softeners
• Turn inside out before washing
• Lay flat in shade to dry
• Do not tumble dry
• Reshape knitted items while damp

Embroidered & Custom Items
• Turn garment inside out before washing
• Cold gentle wash or hand wash only
• Do not soak
• Avoid rubbing or wringing embroidery
• Do not tumble dry
• Lay flat or hang in shade to dry
• Do not iron directly over embroidery

Wooden Products
• Wipe clean with a damp cloth
• Do not submerge in water
• Avoid harsh chemicals or cleaners
• Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight
