When will my order be dispatched?

✔ All in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days from regional Victoria, Australia

✔ During peak sale periods, dispatch may take longer than usual (typically 5–7 business days)

✔ If your order contains preorder items, the whole order will be shipped together once everything is ready

How do I know if something is a preorder?

✔ Preorder items have the estimated dispatch date listed in the product description, product variable or product name. 

✔ If you'd like in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order

How much is shipping within Australia?

✔ Standard Shipping: $9.95 AUD flat

✔ Express Shipping: $12.95 AUD flat

✔ Free standard shipping on orders over $150 AUD

✔ Free express shipping on orders over $350 AUD

Do you ship internationally?

✔ Yes, we ship worldwide with tracked delivery via Australia Post

✔ Duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates

How long will delivery take?

✔ Australia: 2–8 business days (Standard), 1–4 business days (Express)

✔ New Zealand: 5–8 business days

✔ USA, UK, Europe, Asia-Pacific: 6–15 business days

✔ Rest of World: 10–15 business days

How can I track my order?

✔ You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped

✔ All parcels are tracked

Can I return my order?

✔ Yes, eligible returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order

✔ Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging

✔ Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error

✔ Refunds are not available on sale items or during peak sale periods
